A space to make sense of what’s happening, find clarity, and decide what comes next
Supportive, personalised counselling for individuals and couples navigating relationship difficulties, infidelity, grief, loss and major life transitions
I work with high-achieving individuals and couples who are used to managing complexity and responsibility, yet find themselves stuck when it comes to relationships or emotional wellbeing. Drawing on a career that spanned investment banking, an Oxford education, and my own experience navigating major life transitions, I bring both psychological expertise and real-world understanding to my practice. I specialise in relationship counselling and couples therapy, helping clients rebuild trust, improve communication, and create lasting connection, using an integrative approach grounded in CBT, ACT, Person-Centred Therapy, and the Gottman Method.
A Bit About Me
How I can Help
I work with couples and individuals who are navigating relationship difficulties, betrayal, emotional disconnection, and significant life transitions
Individual Therapy
When you're functioning on the outside but struggling inside
You may be coping with anxiety, overwhelm, grief, difficult relationships or a major change in your life. Perhaps you've always been the capable one, but the strategies that once worked no longer seem enough.
Therapy can give you space to understand what is happening, recognise patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and make choices that feel more aligned with who you are and what you want.
I can help with:
Anxiety and overwhelm
Relationship and family difficulties
Grief and loss
Career and life transitions
Self-esteem and personal growth
Relationships
When you've become stuck in the same patterns
Relationships can become caught in cycles of conflict, criticism, defensiveness or withdrawal. You may love each other but feel increasingly disconnected, or find yourselves having the same argument without ever resolving what lies underneath it.
I help couples understand these patterns, communicate more effectively and reconnect with what matters to each of them.
I can help with:
Recurring conflict and communication difficulties
Emotional distance and loss of connection
Intimacy and relationship difficulties
Major changes affecting your relationship
Separation and uncertainty about the future
Infidelity & Betrayal
When trust has been broken
An affair can leave both partners questioning the relationship and struggling to make sense of what has happened.
You may be dealing with anger, grief, guilt, intrusive thoughts, loss of emotional safety or uncertainty about whether trust can ever be rebuilt.
I offer a structured, non-judgemental space to understand what has happened and explore what comes next — whether you are hoping to repair the relationship or are unsure whether you want to stay.
I can help with:
Discovering or disclosing an affair
Rebuilding trust after infidelity
Repeated or ongoing betrayal
Emotional and relational fallout
Deciding whether reconciliation is possible
Should I Stay or Should I Go?
Sometimes couples come to therapy because they want to repair their relationship. Sometimes one partner wants to leave and the other wants to stay. Sometimes neither person knows what they want.
You don't have to arrive with a decision.
Counselling can provide a space to step out of the immediate conflict, understand what has happened, explore what each of you needs and consider whether meaningful change is possible.
The goal is to help you make that decision with greater clarity.
